Banke Alawaye

Banke is a Chartered Management Consultant. She has a B.Sc in Computer Science, a Masters in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Scotland and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from Pan African University’s Enterprise Development Centre. Her work experience spans investment banking, software development, management consulting and digital marketing. She is the CTO and Co-Founder at aCubed Limited, a business management firm based in Lagos Nigeria. She has extensive background serving both Government and Private Sector clients, including being the pioneer program manager CodeLagos – an initiative to train 1 million Lagos residents to code and leading a Pan-African digital marketing agency serving blue-chip clients across Africa. She serves as a mentor and facilitator in the Facebook sponsored DigifyAfrica initiative and with the Founders Institute. She also provides mentorship to women tech entrepreneurs through my Girls-in-Glasses programme. She’s a passionate advocate for women in technology and was recognised as Digital Frontier Woman by DecadeOfWomen – an initiative of the United Nations. Read more about her at
